✅ Capacity Planning: Handled mobile device after-sales operations capacity for an e-commerce – ensuring smooth SLA’s across 3,000+ pin codes by aligning manpower and logistics.
✅ Global Supply Planning: Drove inventory planning for infrastructure-related B2B products serving 200+ enterprise clients across India, optimizing stock flow and reducing excesses – impacting ₹600+ crore in working capital.
